About Department

Department of Applied Animal Sciences comes under school for Biosciences and Biotechnology. The Department is running a Post Graduate Degree course in Applied Animal Sciences consisting of three specialization i.e. Sericulture, Parasitology and Fisheries (one has to be opted). The main aim of the department is to import training to students in such a manner so that they can become self employed and attain the heights of success in future. The department is fully equipped with all facilities which are required for the concerned area of specializations.
