About Department

Centre of Post Graduate Legal Studies was established under School for Legal Studies in 2013 started functioning from the session 2013-14 to offer One Year LL.M. Degree as per UGC Guidelines .The intake is 20.The teaching is done by the senior faculty members of Department of Human Rights and Department of Law under School for Legal Studies. Presently Three Group i.e. Constitutional law and Administrative Law, Corporate and Commercial Law and Intellectual Comparative Law are running in the Centre. The object of the course is to promote good academicians, corporate lawyers and Masters in International principles. The Students of the centre are also benefited by the special lectures delivered by visiting faculties, guest faculties and internal faculties.

          Dissertation:
        • The selection and registration of the topics of dissertation shall start after Home Tests of First Semester. The submission of the dissertation shall be at the end of the Teaching of Second Semester
        • (The total credit for the One Year LL.M. Degree Programme will be 24 credits)
