OPD Services

  • The doctors are always available as per their duty schedule. The needy patient may visit for consultation and treatment
  • O.P.D. Timings*-
    Morning O.P.D 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M
    Evening O.P.D 2:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.(Monday to Friday)
    Sunday O.P.D 10:00 A.M.- 2:00 P.M
  • *Temporary timings as one Medical Officer is on medical leave
  • Night duty (for emergency services only) 10:00 P.M.- 06:00 A.M (Monday to Saturday)
  • Emergency Services - One qualified & experienced paramedical staff is always available to deal any emergency. An ambulance vehicle along with ambulance driver is 24X7 always available for early evacuation & safe transportation to the nearest Government hospital.
  • Medicines - Medicines are distributed to all the patients free of cost. Only the basic medicines for various common diseases are available. For specialised medicines, patient may have to purchase the same from outside in consultation with the speacialist.
  • Detention room - Health Centre also provide the facility of detaining the patients who requires monitoring only for short duration.
  • Referral System - Patients who requires admission /investigations /specialized treatment shall be referred to authorized higher centres.
  • Health Bulletin - A new section for information on various new emerging diseases like swine flu etc has been incorporated and is available on our University official website.
  • Organization of camps – Health centre is actively involved in organizing various blood donation camps & health awareness camps from time to time.
  • Apart from routine O.P.D. & Emergency services, we also provide healthcare facilities to all the participants as well as guests during various sports events, seminars, symposium organized by our University.
  • Doctors are also involved in community services through awareness on First aid ( MPDC courses ), visiting nearby villages and spreading awareness campaign along with various departments & N.S.S. from time to time.
  • A Physiotherapy room has been established where a qualified physiotherapist provides therapeutic as well rehabilitation services.
  • Medical Reimbursement – Medical Reimbursement is done as per CSMA rules.
  • AIM - Our basic goal is to provide all medical i.e. all preventive as well as therapeutic facilities along with alternative medicines under one roof of University Health Centre
